Absolutely Barbaric Beta 0.5.4d: Under construction!

In this Update the starting level has been reworked a little and construction sites have been added to the places where you'll find the transition points to other upcoming levels.

The coin drop after hitting the 'revive' button has also be reworked and it will only drop one "death coin" now with the value of the remaining coins. This handles performance issues that occurred when a higher amount of coins had been dropped.
