Absolutely Barbaric Beta 0.5.6: MASSIVE performance update and crows

This update brings a MASSIVE performance boost to the game! The game runs much smoother on all versions and the browser version is now also playable on smartphones without the previous heavy lags!

I've reached this performance boost with a trick I came up with: I've added a detection area around the player which has a diameter of ~2x the width resolution and every enemy that is within this area behaves normally but every enemy outside this area has been stopped until it covers into this area.

It is a rather simple solution but super effective without the need of bat code optimizations!

Apart from that I've added the crowd as a new enemy type which replaced the bats because you'll rather see crows flying around outside during the day than bats!

The bats will return in the next levels, 'The Forlorn Caves'.
