CHAIR Champions 0.3.0.9: 2-player bugfixes

Hi again 😅

After watching a stream where CHAIR Champions has been played in split screen mode I saw a few more bugs that have been overlooked 🙈

It was mainly in the new race vs AI mode for 2 players - but also I'm other 2-player-modes. 

They should be all fixed now.

Additionally, I fixed a bug where the fullscreen has been disabled when players returned to the title menu in the HTML version.
